SMS Terms & Conditions

1.1 Types of Messages

TEST Sunny Pines RV Park sends text messages for the following purposes:

• Transactional messages: Reservation confirmations, check-in and check-out notices, invoice delivery and payment receipts, and account alerts.
• Utility notifications: Daily electric-usage readings for metered sites (kWh consumed and daily cost), sent to opted-in account holders during active stays.
• Operational notices: Park announcements, maintenance windows, and emergency notifications that affect your stay.

1.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by account activity. Utility-notification subscribers may receive up to one (1) message per day per active stay. Transactional messages are sent as triggered by account events.

2.1 How to Opt In

You may opt in to SMS notifications by:

• Checking the “Receive SMS notifications” box during account registration or reservation check-out.
• Enabling SMS in your account profile settings at any time.
• Providing your mobile number to park staff during check-in and verbally consenting.

2.2 Consent

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from TEST Sunny Pines RV Park at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or reservation. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and that you are 18 years of age or older.

3.1 How to Opt Out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that your opt-out has been processed.
• Account settings: Log in to your account and uncheck SMS notifications in your profile.
• Contact us directly at the phone number or email below.

After opting out, you will no longer receive non-essential SMS from us. You may still receive legally required or safety-critical messages.

3.2 Re-Opting In

To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START to a prior message or update your account preferences.

4.1 Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Charges are assessed by your mobile carrier. TEST Sunny Pines RV Park does not charge for SMS messages independently.

4.2 Carrier Support

Messaging is available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Supported carriers are subject to change. TEST Sunny Pines RV Park is not responsible for message delivery delays or failures caused by your carrier.

5.1 Use of Your Phone Number

Your mobile number is used solely to deliver the SMS messages described above. We do not share or sell your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect and protect your information.
