Privacy Policy

1.1 Information You Provide

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account & Identity: Name, date of birth, government-issued photo ID details (for check-in verification), and contact information (address, email, phone number).
• Reservation Data: Arrival/departure dates, site preferences, vehicle information (make, model, license plate), and number of occupants.
• Payment Information: Credit or debit card details are collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; we store a tokenized reference only.
• Communications: Messages you send us via the contact form, email, or phone.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website we may automatically collect:

• Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
• IP address and approximate geographic location.
• Pages visited, referring URLs, and session duration.
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5).

2.1 Service Delivery

We use your information to process and manage your reservation, operate your account, send invoices and receipts, and communicate with you about your stay.

2.2 Safety & Security

Photo-ID verification is used to confirm guest identity at check-in and to maintain a safe community environment. ID images are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized park staff.

2.3 Communications

With your consent, we may send you transactional messages (booking confirmations, invoices, check-in reminders), SMS utility-usage notifications (if opted in), and, where permitted, informational communications about the park. You may opt out at any time.

2.4 Legal Compliance

We may process your information to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, and enforce our terms and policies.

3.1 Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business — including payment processors, SMS messaging services, and email delivery services. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

3.2 No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4.1 Retention Period

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Financial records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 6).

5.1 How We Use Cookies

We use strictly necessary session cookies to maintain your login state and protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may configure your browser to block cookies, but doing so may prevent you from logging in or using certain features.

6.1 Access, Correction & Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days. Note that certain data may be retained for legal or safety reasons even after a deletion request.

6.2 Data Portability

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you in a machine-readable format.

6.3 Opt-Out of SMS

You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message, updating your account preferences, or contacting us. See our SMS Terms for full details.

7.1 Age Restriction

Our online reservation services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

8.1 Safeguards

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing. Payment card data is never stored in our systems — it is tokenized by our payment processor.

9.1 Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the “effective” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
