TEST Blue River Campground — Terms & Conditions

Effective July 12, 2026

These Terms govern your reservation and stay at TEST Blue River Campground and your use of http://demo.respilot.co/respilot-demo. By making

a reservation or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Reservations & Payment

Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates, taxes, and fees are disclosed

at booking. Payment is due per the schedule presented at checkout.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy, provided separately.

3. Guest Conduct & Rules

Guests agree to follow posted park rules, quiet hours, and check-in/check-out times. We may

refuse service or remove guests for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

4. Liability

You assume the ordinary risks of an outdoor/RV-park stay. To the extent permitted by law, our

liability is limited as described herein.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text

messages from TEST Blue River Campground related to your reservations, billing, and account. Consent is not a

condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP

to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For

your mobile information — it is never shared or sold to third parties or lead generators.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest

version.

Blue River Campground — Cancellation Policy
Effective October 22, 2026

- Cancellations made 7+ days before arrival: full refund less any non-refundable booking fee.
- Cancellations made 2–6 days before arrival: one night's charge is retained; remainder
refunded.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival, no-shows, or early departures: no refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Reservations may be modified subject to availability.

TEST Blue River Campground — Check-In & Check-Out Rules

Effective July 12, 2026

- Check-in: from 2:00 PM. Check-out: by 11:00 AM. Early/late arrangements subject to

availability and may incur a fee.

- A valid government-issued photo ID and the reservation holder's presence are required at

check-in.

- Vehicle, occupant, and pet details must match the reservation.

- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

- Late check-out without prior approval may incur an additional night's charge.
